Full Spine & Extremities Adjustment
In order to treat everything from low back pain, neck pain, headaches, and general joint pain, our doctors utilize manual adjustment techniques and are fully trained in Diversified, Flexion Distraction and Thompson Drop Piece techniques. They are also trained in the use of light force adjusting techniques, such as Activator technique. Each patient receives individualized treatment which is dependant upon their condition and response to treatment.
Shockwave Therapy (ESWT)
"Extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) has been in use for the treatment of tendinopathies since the early 1990s. The exact mechanism by which ESWT relieves tendon-associated pain is not known; however, there is an increasing body of literature that suggests that it can be an effective therapy for patients who have had repeated nonsurgical treatment failures. The highest strength of evidence is shown in randomised controlled trials, of which there are a small number. Reported results for tendinopathies of the shoulder, elbow and heel have shown consistent positive results in favour of ESWT over placebo ESWT in individuals who have failed conservative therapy. These studies provide strong evidence for ESWT as an effective therapy for the treatment of chronic treatment-resistant tendinopathies."

Erchonia Cold Laser Therapy
Low level laser therapy is a non-invasive, fast and effective modality that has been proven in clinical trials to reduce pain, reduce edema, and promote healing. The laser stimuli excites the body’s cells infusing them with energy, with the three primary reactions being, reduction of inflammation, cell regeneration, and increased blood flow. source; http://www.erchonia.com/faq
Flexion Distraction Therapy Table
Flexion distraction is a non surgical technique utilized to increase joint motion and reduce nerve pressure caused by disc bulges and herniations. Flexion distraction reduces pressure inside the spinal disc, widens the spinal canal, reduces pressure on the spinal nerves, and returns motion to spinal joints. It is a safe and gentle low force procedure which is an excellent conservative alternative to surgery.
Interferential Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS)
Intereferential Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) is a process through which low-level electrical currents are used to stimulate muscles, forcing them to contract and stimulating the release of endorphins. EMS is utilized in the treatment of muscle spasm and in order to reduce pain and inflammation.
Graston Technique®
The Graston Technique® incorporates an evidence-based form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively detect and treat scar tissue and restrictions that affect normal function. We utilize Graston in order to reduce muscle tension and scar tissue which inhibits muscle function, prevents proper healing and causes pain. source; https://grastontechnique.com/patients/faq/
